Just wanted to say a huge Thank You for being totally brilliant in every way on friday. You guys have been professional and so friendly right from the start. So many people commented on the food and how attentive you all were and your attention to detail cannot be beaten. We were so so pleased to be able to support local family businesses with our wedding planning and you guys are a fabulous example of why – you’ve clearly got huge talent!
We’ve had a super relaxing week staying here… never want to leave!
Hope saturday went well for you! We’ll be back to Qube for a visit whenever we’re in Tenby, for sure!

I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts to make Mum’s party a success. The food was excellent and people are all commenting on it this morning. For my part, I want to say thanks for working so hard and taking the pressure off of me!!!

The catering at the wedding was outstanding: locally sourced fish, beef and Pembrokeshire veg exceeded our brief and expectations on what a meaningful wedding breakfast should be.
We were fortunate to be blessed with the Qube Hog Roast. Wow!! Despite such an incredible wedding breakfast earlier in the day our guests could not stay away from the temptation of Matt and the teams culinary work on the hog! In a word, amazing!

“A huge thank you to you for the excellent service you provided at Oceana last Tuesday. We all enjoyed the evening immensely, as you will have guessed! Dave’s food was fine dining at it’s very best. It was very entertaining watching him prepare, cook and then to eat such delicious courses. We thought you were both very discreet as you worked away in the kitchen but interesting to talk to too. The serving of the champagne as we entered was a nice touch. The whole experience is to be highly recommended.”

“We used Qube catering services for a party in Angle, Pembrokeshire for my mother’s 80th Birthday. Not living locally we were worried about the food and the weather. The food was fantastic, but the weather was not!! We had locally resourced barbecue food that was simply stunning including salads and potatoes. Our party numbered 35 and we ate like kings. Matt and his colleague were prepared for the weather and their Gazebo was up in minutes, and they produced excellent food using own equipment. Better still they had their own plates and cutlery. When the food was over, they cleared up completely and to be honest apart from our full stomachs you would never have known that they had been. Excellent food, excellent service- would definitely use again and would definitely use again!”

Qube Catering were contracted by Pembrokeshire Tourism to supply a two course meal for the Destination Pembrokeshire Conference in January 2015. Prior to the event, Matthew presented a range of options for us to choose from and made sure to provide a good selection of locally sourced produce in the menu chosen. The standard of service on the day was excellent, with the team from Qube Catering smartly presented, friendly and efficient. The presentation of the food was well done, and the dessert table was beautifully laid out. Feedback from delegates on the day was extremely positive, with one notable message saying ‘Best lunch EVER’.
We were most impressed by the standard of service and product from Qube Catering, and I would happily engage them again for future events, and recommend them to others.
