Our aim is to deliver outstanding food for you and your guests to drool over and talk about for the rest of the evening (of course other than the ceremony and how beautiful the bride is in her dress). Along with this we make it bespoke to you, which can really allow the food to reflect you and your significant others’ tastes and personality.
We have put together 5 wedding food trends for 2015.
1. Local Produce (Pembrokeshire) to Table Food
An increasingly popular choice at wedding and our other catering events is to have produce from local farms and harbours. Not only does the fresh food taste delicious but also represents the couple’s home. Here at Qube Catering we use local produce wherever possible, we have a close relationship to the local community in Pembrokeshire.
2. Sharing Platters
Our sharing platter is definitely a favourite with weddings and is a great way for tables of guests to mingle. From antipasti, selection of homemade breads to seafood platters.
3. Canapés with Mini Cocktails
On arrival to the wedding venue, couples love the arrival drink and canapés for the guests. Why not try coupling your canapés with mini drinks to celebrate the newlywed couple throughout the arrivals. Tasters before the wedding are always fun!
